Chris Evans at The Supercar Event
Chris Evans auctions rides around the Top Gear track in his La Ferrari. The first La Ferrari in the UK; he picked it up on Wednesday and on Sunday joined us at The Supercar Event to fundraise for The Children's Trust. Five lucky people got to be the first in the UK to be driven around Dunsfold Aerodrome in the brand new Ferrari. A big thank you to Chris and all the other drivers and volunteers who helped raise a total of over £90,000 for children with brain injuries.
The Supercar Event
The Supercar Event takes place every year at Dunsfold Aerodrome. Supercar Owners take members of the public on hot laps of the Top Gear track in return for donations to the Childrens Trust. In addition to the action on the main track visitors can also enjoy, mini tanks, fire engine rides, Caterham thrill rides, zorbing, Top Gear simulator, live music, hovercrafts, segway riding, face painting and extended sports car rides in the countryside with the Sporting Bears.
